Spine Tour

The guide that knows every inch of your space.

Spine Tour leads visitors through your space, explains every detail and adapts to every question. Not a screen on a stick. An actual guide that walks, points and talks. Not to replace your team, to give every visitor an experience worth coming back for.

What it does

Leads

Imagine walking into the Louvre. Instead of following a map or staring at your phone, a Unitree G1 is already moving. It stops in front of the Mona Lisa, turns to face you and starts talking. Not a recorded voice. A live conversation about why Da Vinci painted it, what the brushwork means, why the smile looks different depending on where you stand. Then it walks to the next room. You just follow. Built on Nav2 and SLAM navigation, the robot knows every route, every exhibit location and every corner of your space before a single visitor walks in.

Adapts

A school group asks why the painting is so small. A researcher asks about the restoration history. Spine Tour gives both a different answer in the same visit. Powered by LLM integration with a venue-specific RAG knowledge base, the tour adjusts to whoever is asking in real time. No script, no fixed route, no one-size-fits-all explanation. Camera-based visitor detection helps the robot understand who it is talking to before they even ask their first question.

Knows Your Space

Before go-live we map every room, every exhibit, every route using SLAM. The robot stores it all and navigates without GPS or external infrastructure. Your team manages all exhibit content through Spine CMS, a simple web portal. Add a new exhibit, update a description, change a route. No engineer needed, no downtime. QR check-in at the entrance lets visitors set their language and interests before the tour even starts so Spine Tour knows exactly who it is guiding.

Who it is for

Spine Tour is not here to replace your guides. It is here so every visitor gets a great experience, not just the ones lucky enough to catch a free guide.
